This is a good summary with all the major facts including references. Summary and analysis are divided neatly. The only caveat would be that virtually all personal and place names are mispronounced beyond recognition. Clearly, no preparation whatsoever went into researching correct pronunciations or heeding systematic sound representations of letters neither in German nor in Polish. This is very unfortunate indeed!
