The character development and pacing were expertly done and the writing was very convincing. Sally and other characters have stayed with me and I’m still wondering about some of the choices they made. I highly recommend this book, the narration was sublime. The female narrator had the most beautiful soft Irish accent, it was very soothing listening to her.

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Ich hatte das Buch aufgrund hervorragender Bewertungen gehört aber ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Hatte mir mehr erwartet, evtl. Irgend einen wahnsinnigen Plot-Twist aber nein. Das Ende hat mich leider am meisten enttäuscht. Ansonsten war die Geschichte auch recht eintönig aber das liegt an der Protagonistin und an der Art wie sie nun mal ist. War vielleicht einfach nicht mein Geschmack.
