I can't pinpoint, what exactly makes the books so magical. Maybe the interesting, always developing Characters or the soul catching stories within the story? It could be the way the author teases us to think, to solve the riddles hidden behind the words. Or do I love all the literature- , folklore-and wisdom-gems the most? (Every musical, folklore and a few famous people mention I had to research! ❤️)
By the way, I admire how sexy a scene can be without the sexscene. Like the horrible things there are no bodyparts or fluids are mentioned, but we all can imagine what went on during the time, when it says "an hour later" or "afterwards ". I love how that makes the story more valuable and somehow also respectful of the intimacy and of the characters.
I guess, it is just everything I can't get enough of.

The narrator is great as well. I was not convinced at the beginning of the series, but the way she gives the characters life is amazing and even the German is getting better.
I'm looking forward to the next part. 💕
