The story itself is very good and always leaves me wanting to know what’s next.
The voice actor itself isn’t bad but the vocal range isn’t great and the „sound effects“ are just annoying and more disrupting than anything else.

It's a nice start to an entertaining 'zero to hero' story. After finishing the manwha, I was looking for more solo leveling content. Since I don't have much time for reading, I was glad to find the audiobook of the light novel.
I understand, that the read-out soundeffects can be bit annoying, but personaly I think they are hilarious. The speaker does a really good job.
I've got a few minor issues about the first part of the story, like depicting the MC smarter than every one else by dumbing down the rest of the characters. But aside that I aboslutly love it.

Es wurde oft betont wie schlimm die vorgelesen Geräusche waren, so schlimm war es meiner Meinung nicht, es war allerdings etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

insgesamt schon gut. Klar stören die vorgelesen Soundeffekte, aber ist halt eine Novel Vorlesung. Kann mich nicht beschweren und finde das es dennoch der Geschichte gerecht wird. Als Fan von SL ein Muss.

The story is very good. Somehow it catched me and made me listen until 2 am. I will give the second book a shot, hoping for the narrator to correct his mistakes.

The narrator is actually good, BUT his attempts to "make" the sounds nearly tilted me. It is annoying and almost childish. Just stop it. If he would stick with reading only, than it would be great.

Hab mit dem Anime angefangen und bin beim Buch hängengeblieben. Beides gut aber die Buchreihe finde ich noch besser.
Dem Sprecher kann problemlos gebannt über Stunden zuhören.

PLEASE stop reading out sound effects, it kills the atmosphere every time!
I understand not investing in actual sound effects, but then they should be replaced with descriptive sentences. Even just skipping them altogether would be a preferable solution to being in the middle of an action-filled combat scene and out of nowhere, the narrator makes cute animal noises.

Ich will nichts schreiben ....muss aber. Man kann in der App nicht mehr bewerten ohne zu schreiben. Die Sterne sind schon eine Meinung und beziehen sich in diesem Fall auf das Hörbuch nicht auf diesen Text
