    Started out reasonable then jumped the shark

    I felt he had lots of reasonable sleep advice at the beginning, but by the end it was way too much pseudoscience.

    Inthought i couldnt learn much more about this topic, but this book has some valuable deep insights on the science and practicality of sleep!

    Total waste of time

    Sure, you only buy this book if you have a problem falling asleep or waking up far to early. But this book certainly won't help you get the sleep you deserve. Complete waste of time. I didn't finish it as it didn't give me any new insight.

    Greta Help to improve sleep quality

    This book helped me to sleep better in just one week. The focus on this very important aspect of health is very useful. I now have more energy throughout the day with 7 hours sleep, I know it is enough for me now.

    Excelent in all regards

    Excellent Information, superb balance between theory, research and practical pragmatic appliance of them in modern daily life. Unlike other books it keeps story telling to a minimum and gives more useful information instead!

    Very eloquent and enjoyable tone of voice.

    Quiite an eye opener!

    You can implement strategies right away and see changes in form of benefits very quickly!

    Good information, but sometimes without sources

    The overall information on sleeping are packed well and brought to the reader nicely.
    Although sometimes the sources are not cited, which makes you overthink a few of the recommendations for better sleep. Overall a very good book on all kinds of topics in the direction of sleeping better though.

    great book, helped me instantly get more sleep.

    i loved it, i was able to implement so many tips from this book. but where research is conflicting, he chooses only studies which suite his opinion. as people do.
