Althought it was esrly clear what might have happened to Natalie, the story was exciting and had several twists and ended with a surprise. The narrator was perfect, and able to perform many different voices.

The story in Six Years aims for tension but often falls flat, dragging the reader through confusion instead of delivering real excitement. Jake Fisher mainly wanders from one unclear clue to another, making the plot feel clunky and artificially constructed. Several twists are hard to believe, and his fixation on Natalie never comes across as genuine or convincing. Rather than a sharp, well-crafted thriller, the book ends up feeling like a jumble of ideas that don’t quite fit together.
