I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful debut novel. A lot of crime novels are lacking a bit in the way how they unravel the story, but this one really is beautifully written. The characters are developed very plausible and it was easy to identify with Bee, the older sister who does not believe in her younger sibling's suicide.
The thriller aspect of the novel kept me engaged right up to the last page. Some of the readers complain about the "twist" in the end and I have to agree it is a bit melodramatic. Nevertheless I would recommend this book.
I also liked Juanita Mahon as a narrator and will look out for more books read by her.
