Cute one ....
.....and nice to listen to as a chilled break from work. The book plays out post the covid pandemic so it is topical. The main character seems a bit of a loose parody of a well known famous actress and her product line, all in all it is very amusing. As ever well read.

Wow what a com back from Karen Kallmaker
I don’t usually write a review on books, but sometimes his one had been one of the best I have ever read / listened to by Karen Kallmaker. She has brought together a beautiful yet compelling and very deep rooted love story set in times of pandemic, climate change and greedy, ruthless big players. And she had done it well without overdoing it. From my point of view as a non-binary person - pronouns they/them - I had been especially pleased with finding a non-binary character like myself in a lesbian romance. It had been - even though a side character- well crafted and authentic. I have really had appreciated that. I truly enjoyed this book, especially as it had been narrated by the one and only Abby Craden and her perfect voice. Thank You Karen for this treat!
