Relaxing yoga sessions on a firm chair
Compilation of 5 yoga sessions about 30 min each. 3 are in movement, including spinal twists and - for classes 1 and 2 - leg extensions and arm movements to the sides. You will need a bit of space around your chair. All sessions are definitely more relaxing than getting you warm. Especially the 2 "yoga relaxations" which are only meditations imagining the breath entering and leaving the body at changing sites. I like them very much as a break.
