    unglaublich inspirierend. absolut empfehlenswert

    etwas meditationspraxis hat mir geholfen alles nachzuvollziehen. ich hatte es vor einem mbsr Kurs gehört und konnte nicht viel damit anfangen, fand ich es schwierig zu folgen. aber mit etwas Praxis und Erfahrung absolut empfehlenswert.

    Amazing

    In my opinion, it is a very nice book with some nice insights. I am a big fan of self improvement and this book is very beneficial. After this book, my motivation to keep meditating is very high and I got new ideas and techniques.

    Great introduction to meditation supported with scientific facts

    This is an easy introductory book into meditation and mindful practices in life. The author has led this mindful program in Google for years and has worked with Dalai Lama, Dan Goleman, and other important figures in promoting mindfulness. The book provides humorous and easy to understand explanation about what mindfulness and happiness are and tools for practicing mindfulness in daily life. Recommended for anyone who is interested in having a higher quality life!
