At 11 Noah's live starts to be a hell but he grows into a very strong and wonderful young man who is fighting for his love and to find his mother's killer. I just love it when the bad guys get what they are asking for and here they definately get it. A great start to this series and I am just looking foreward to what is coming next.

Mac and Noah

It really is a very, very sweet story, even if Noah's earlier life was very sad. In fact, you're so captivated by the story that it doesn't really matter that the MC only have three short, more or less steamy but vanilla scenes. Everything between Mac and Noah is very sweet. I also like the time span of 5-6 years leading up to their HEA.
To me, the story makes sense and is easy to follow. I love the whole universe of Phoenix, Pegasus and the Honor Code series.
The only thing I'm not really happy with is the narrator, although his voice is nice and deep, he rattles off the story without taking a breath.

the story and the MCs are not working for me. so many plot lines make no sense.. no sense at all. i liked the „code of honor“ series more..so..i‘m very disappointed.
