In the early 22nd century, humanity faces an existential threat from the New Evolutionary Group (NEG), which has unleashed "Hybrids"—genetically engineered apex predators—upon the world. Book 1 follows the exploits of ODA 111, known as "Red Team," an elite, direct action, Tier One unit led by Chief Warrant Officer Erik Fisher. Equipped with advanced Exo-suits, active camouflage, and sate of the art weapons, the twelve-person team operates as a singular, lethal organism designed for asymmetric warfare. The narrative centers on the team’s assignment to the GSV Valhalla, a heavy hover carrier commanded by Captain Monday Prescott. Their dynamic begins with intense professional friction; Monday is a rigid adherent to naval protocol, while Erik is a blunt, sandpaper operative, who prioritizes lethality over customs. However, through high-stakes missions, this friction evolves into profound mutual respect and an burgeoning personal bond.©2026 Erik Kangas (P)2026 Erik Kangas Actie en avontuur Fantasy Militair
