O great hekate, what was that! …another masterpiece by Kresley Cole! To be honest, I was a little displeased IAD didn‘t continue in the first place, but now I am a goner for the Skein too!! This was madness! So thrilling, interesting new characters… couldn‘t expect more… and the narration by Robert Petkoff - pure perfection! Everything comes to life so effortlessly, spellbinding it is! I can’t wait for the next installment, the first book leaves you broken… 💔🔥

Another masterpiece…!

Lots of different POV‘s even out of the main characters. Overall a lot of parts I wast really interested in and skipped through. Some nice romances of course as always- but came too short through out the main story.

Different then the other books

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
First of all: if you waited for another IAD book, you with be disappointed. Secondly: the new world and characters are described alternately, which doesn‘t get easier if English is not your first language and you‘re listening to the audio book. Well, that‘s a "me" problem. But all in all, very much new stuff and characters in a rather short book for introducing a new spin-off keeps chars at a superficial level and more often than not, I could predict what was happening in advance. New stuff without really a new plot, if you know what I mean. Even if the IAD series is said to go on much longer, maybe it‘s time to finish this before and start a spin-off afterwards. So all in all, it helps to pass time, but it‘s no re-read, which is the first time for a Kresley Cole novel for me…
