Über diesen Titel

Contains books one and two of Quick Change, a litRPG adventure series.

Slyborn, book one

Seth Andersen, a UX designer, was driving home from a bad day at work when his world changed, literally. Seth is instantly transferred to the world of Morgenheim, where knights in shining armor and magic are normal, and citizens must actually “level up” to get stronger. Seth is given the chance to choose a boon from a list of incredible super powers, but accidentally chooses seemingly the most useless power in the list. Can he make it on his own in this world of magic and monsters?

Spire, book two

The only way out is up. Seth and the Adventurers’ Guild survived their clash with the Howlingshields and have been rebuilding the last few months. While Seth is mostly used to life in the land of Morgenheim, he’s struggling with the responsibilities that come with being a high level member in the guild.

While completing a quest as a favor to his friend Pahan, Seth inadvertently catches the attention of Djinia, goddess of adventurers, and is given a seemingly impossible quest that will require the help of the Adventurers’ Guild and their primary rivals, the Transportation Guild. When the two groups aren’t sabotaging each other, their combined might overcomes numerous dungeons with surprising ease...until they catch sight of a thin spire stretching high into the sky at the center of a mysterious desert.

It's a well written story with a great speaker. The only reason I abducted one stare is that the main character seems a bit to rooted in toxic masculine ideels for himself and the world. That said it's not overly relevant in the story, there rather where a few moments where I felt weireded out by his thought process.

Great story

This has one of the worst LitRPG story beginnings I have ever come across, meaning I couldn't stand it anymore and stopped in chapter 5. The protagonist is a weak minded bumbling idiot, the story even makes him cry for 10 minutes with the only implied reason being:"buuhuuhuu! I'm out of my comfort zone!" I understand that authors need weak protagonists for these surprise hero stories, but weak can't mean incompetent to a point where the protagonist is a 5 year old kid in a grown up body. This story tells me that the protagonist was able to get a manager job in our world but he is so oblivious that he doesn't understand that he's on child lvl strength in the other world even after being told exactly that and seeing examples of that fact numerous times, that's just insulting for every person on this planet.

one of the worst
