Principles of Economics is a university-level textbook in economics that offers a clear and concise exploration of the most important economic concepts.

This book is unapologetically Austrian in its approach. It tackles major economic concepts and topics independently, but in a logical sequence aimed at delivering the listener an understanding of economics at an individual and societal level, and the widespread implications of economics as a topic. The first part of the book introduces the foundational concepts in economics and the Austrian method, the second part of the book introduces the actions that individual humans perform to economize.

After two decades of studying and learning economics at university level, this book represents the knowledge of economics I would have liked to have when I was 17.

I find the book very interesting. I like the books of the author very much. but the narrator speaks very fast and it is difficult to understand the meaning of what he is talking about. it would be better for the next book, if the narrator speaks slower and gives the listener time to comprehend what he is hearing.

The book is a great introduction to the Austrian school of economics and motivates to dig deaper into authors of the Austrian tradition like Carl Menger, Ludwig von Mises, Murray Rothbard, Hans Hermann Hoppe and Rahim Taghizadegan. Every teenager and adult should read and understand the Austrian school of economics to better understand the world and human action.

ist zwar sehr interessant aber so wie der author seinen eigenen text ließt, war es maximal langweilig und schwer zu verdtehen. auch verstehe ich unter ner simplen und einfach zu verstehenden art wissen zu vermitteln was ganz anderes. wäre ich Anfänger und das mein erstes buch zum thema wirtschaft, dann hätte ich kein bock mehr mich je weiter mit dem thema zu befassen. aber man merkt wie viel arbeit soch der author gemacht hat. deshalb zrotzdem 4 sterne.
