Ja definitiv. Es gibt so viel von diesem "Great Course" zu lernen, dass nur bei mehrfachem Hören wirklich verinnerlicht werden kann.

Welcher Moment von Practicing Mindfulness: An Introduction to Meditation ist Ihnen besonders im Gedächtnis geblieben?

Die Kapitle "Insight" und "Wishing" haben mich emotional sehr berührt.

Der Sprecher ist grandiose Spitze. Sehr gut anzuhören, auch für mehrere Stunden.

Was wäre für andere Hörer sonst noch hilfreich zu wissen, um das Hörbuch richtig einschätzen zu können?

Für alle die ihre Gedanken einmal überdenken wollen und sich durch das Loslassen einiger festgefahrener destruktiver Gedanken ein glücklicheres Leben erhoffen sollten sich dieses Hörbuch zulegen.

I always liked the concept of mindfulness, but never got around to actually practising it. This changed with this audio book, as it provided me with a much needed "kick". The lectures in the book are about half an hour long and each bespeaks one subject. The author, lecturer, speaks clearly and succinctly. The subject itself is presented well, the Buddhist and zen teachings are intertwined with stories from real life and it is very enjoyable to listen to. Recommended listening speed is 1.25, otherwise it might be a tad slow.
