firm und kind sind ja ganz gute Anhaltspunkte,aber das schlafkapitel konnte ich mir echt nicht antun.
Da wird einem vorgehalten, die Kinder kämen ja nie alleine aus dem Familienbett und man würde damit die Entwicklung des Kindes behindern, obwohl es schon seit langem dafür gegenteilige Studienergebnisse gibt.

Da kann ich eher "Momma cusses" von Gwenna Laithland empfehlen.

Although it has some nice ideas, for me a book that suggests sleep training by Cry it Out because babies don't know what is best for them (?) just makes me cringe, if a baby cries is because they need something and that might be the confort of a carer, not because they are trying to get away with they will... Recent studies have showed that CIO is very damaging for babies' brains!
