Acaster is surprisingly inspirational in his quest for great music and mental health. Listening to him feels like a good friend telling you about a bad year he had.

The book is just not what I expected. It's neither particularly funny nor really entertaining. I think megalomaniacs might like Acaster 's well thought out collection, but it didn't seem to go anywhere. Additionally, I found the short soundbites in between the chapter extremely annoying. I will remain a fan of Acaster but this book just isn't for me.
