Interesting story with drawbacks

I like his stile not to haste the caught ships, but I have the feeling, that he puts faaaaar to much attention to wickham and miss bingley and their likes. It grows readings this ending discussions about how to reduce the damage brought on by these persons instead of simply ridding themselves of them.
There is a lot of bumbling names and other writing issues.
I do not really like this writing stile, where E and a few others of their family are painted like angels with a similar patience while being bombarded with insults and incivilities and actually staying friends with such people.
I understand why he is painting them as such, but even there is some learning in civility on Ms bingleys side, the drawbacks for everyone else is severe. Ms Bingley is mostly the only one with a character development in his stories.
In this story she shares that with E.
Darcy as well is not good painted and it is a disappointment at times. It is ok, I think… in regards to E.
But towards Wickham. He seems to rather letting Wickham run wild instead of protecting his family and E’s loved ones. He is in urgent need of ordering his priorities.

I just broke off “an excellent mother”, because I could’t hear about it any longer. He is going on and on about it and I had enough.

His audiobooks are all the same. This is the third of them I listened to. “A e M” was the fourth and will be the last.

The narrator is a strong deterrent to choosing an audiobook. I cannot abide her stile of reading.
She draws out the ffffs and ssss’s and other consonants reads very boring, the different voices are not authentic and over all she puts me to sleep.
Not an asset for an audiobook.
Which may have reduced my capacity for patience for the audiobooks.
This was for free, but I wouldn’t buy any audiobook read by her regardless of the author.
