College sophomore Ethan Follett never says what's on his mind and never wants to rock the boat. After a high school social life spent anonymous and alone, things are finally falling into place for him. He's found a group of friends just as studious as he and is on track for a promising legal career. Out in the open, things couldn't be better, but secretly Ethan yearns for some real excitement in his life.

He finds it in cocky frat boy Greg Sanderson, who challenges every rigid, preconceived notion Ethan lives by. Soon, their sparring relationship turns sexual, and these enemies-with-benefits "get their freak on" all over campus. Yet the more Ethan comes out of his shell, the more Greg retreats into his, working overtime to keep his ladies' man public persona intact. I just love this story, it is so cute and funny. No angst and no homophobic stuff, just pure fun and young adult love. It is really sad that young people still often have to fear coming out as gay or queer and often cannot be just what or who they are. I just totally recommend this book. Enjoy.

Eine Geschichte ohne viele Ecken und Kanten, auch wenn sie das haben könnte. Ein schöner, einfacher Zeitvertreib, ohne viel Drama. Hat mir gut gefallen.

Der Sprecher rattert den Text herunter, als wenn es sich um ein Kochrezept handeln würde. Irgendwie völlig emotionslos. Ich habe es bis 1 Stunde vor Schluß ausgehalten, dann habe ich entnervt abgebrochen, weil auch die Story das Ganze nicht zu retten vermochte. Gut, dass man den Roman nicht kaufen musste. Den hätte ich jetzt zurückgeben müssen!
Kaufempfehlung? Verschwendete Lebenszeit!
