After the Humans and Reasons to stay alive,this book was like having a last resume of what Matt Haig wants to communicate to the world. He is also a really good narrator. I'm really thankful that he wrote this

very interesting and important topic. I enjoyed listening to him and he points out a lot of things that are going wrong and puts focus problems people barely seem to be aware of. what I was missing were more solutions on what you can do to deal with those issues. all mentioned advice was very general like "it's okay to cry", "love yourself" "turn off your phone" etc. I kind of expected a bit more practical advice, although becoming more aware is the most important and best step.

but still I strongly recommend to read/listen to it. it's important to be aware of the psychological/social pressure we are living in, to be able to identify when one is not feeling so good or is having problems.

also relaxing voice, nice to listen to.

I loved his relaxed and conversational style of writing. Also his honesty and abundance of real life examples and tons of research. A very insightful and needed book for today! Read it and immediately put into practice the practical tips that speak to you personally. A very practical handbook on how to navigate our lives in this very digital and fast paced 21st century.
