If you listen to a lot of books that seem similar in topic, you of course know a lot of the principles already. But it’s like travelling, a lot that’s going on in different countries feels the same, but you can learn a lot from travelling and every country has its undetected secrets.
Same here, James talks about topics you might think you already know enough about, but i promise you, you won’t. The part alone where he talks about how a womans menstrual cycle can influence fatloss and performance was completely new to me and immensely helpful to learn about.
I bought his Audiobook “not a life coach” immediately after i finished this one and i am looking forward to it. Buy this one and i bet you will be in for a lot of new info and a great time.
