physical activity from a new perspective
In this book the author presents her programme developed to change people's relationship with movement in general in order to lead a more active life. Even though I love sweat (in high intensity workouts) I think that through this book my views of non-structured exercise have changed. The author also got me to think in a different way about our connection to basic movement and the effects it has on us. The many examples she brings of her clients and their issues and barriers to exercise and move helped me understand my own clients more. Of course it is rather directed to the more and more obese people struggling with their modern first world/(too) developed world lifestyles.
