War brings them to life!
Send them out on leave and they’re a ragged band of losers who will tear any town apart. Bring them back and they’re the most effective bloodletting machine the Japanese have ever had to face. The Rat Bastards. The MPs can’t bust them because the Army needs them to win the war. This time they’re faced with their bloodiest challenge ever, as the brass sends them on a trop to the closest thing to hell on earth…The Pacific war zone known as Nightmare Alley.

Actor and performer Ray Porter has plenty of credits to his name, so it’s no surprise he handles the action and wide array of characters in Nightmare Alley with a spirited authority. In this 11th release from Len Levinson’s Rat Bastards series, the sordid group affectionately called the Rat Bastards are pulled from their usual bouts of rabblerousing and sent on to one of their bloodiest campaigns yet. Porter’s commitment and precision to each character will put the listener right in the middle of battle, right in the middle of the Pacific war zone, Nightmare Alley.
