Well well, better then the other recent books by Ken Follett but still disappointed especially by the personal relationships and their need/place in the overarching theme of massive international conflict. Had greater expectations!

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Nach einer kurzen Gewöhnung an die Stimme der Sprecherin ließ mich die spannende Geschichte nicht mehr los. Fesselnd bis zum Schluss, wenngleich die ein oder andere Entscheidung der Protagonisten stark in Frage zu stellen bleibt und Raum für viel Diskussion lässt.

Das Buch ist von Der ersten bis zur letzten Seite spannend. Ich habe es auf dem Weg zur Arbeit im Auto gehört und mochte kaum aussteigen.
Stimme und Betonung der Vorleserin sind wirklich gut.
