Lucas Blackthorne got his own story of love & heartache. Again, I did not know I needed this Vampire Romance in my life. The story is beautiful, breaking your heart one moment and putting it back together in another. This duet takes you on a journey of heartache, redemption, loss & love.

I just could not stop listening to this sexy, suspenseful, intriguing story with just the right amount of drama. There were twist and turns that kept you engaged the whole time. I also loved that a loveable character returned 😊

Again, the narration was cast perfectly. Stella Hunter as Briar and Shane East as Lucas were bloody brilliant in this duet style performance. I am a big fan of Shane East and this story seemed like it was written for him. The different facets in his voice and imitation of characters were simply perfect. Stella is new to me, but she did awesome in portraying Briar. Just the right amount of sass, fierceness and take no b/s attitude. I loved the sexy chemistry and snarky banter in these dialogues. Pretty cool was that Aaron Shedlock reprised his role as Cashel.
