Now a Washington Post, Amazon most sold, and top 3 Amazon best seller.

From best-selling author L.J. Shen, comes a new, standalone, contemporary romance.

It should have been easy. I needed the money. He needed a babysitter to keep him from snorting himself to death. I was cherry-picked especially for him. Responsible. Optimistic. Warm. Innocent. The worst part is that I should have known better. Alex Winslow. British rock star. Serial heartbreaker. Casanova with whiskey eyes.

“Don’t get near the devil in a leather jacket. He’ll chew you up and spit you out.”

Guess what? I didn’t listen. I signed the contract. World tour. Three months. Four Continents. 100 shows. My name is Indigo Bellamy, and I sold my soul to a tattooed god. Problem was, my soul wasn’t enough for Alex Winslow. He ended up taking my body, too. Then he took my heart. Then he took my all.

I honestly needed a little into the book before I started liking it, but then I was hooked. I knew the voices from other audio books and enjoyed their performances for all male and female characters. The story is, of course, following a typical rock star bad boy trope, but I liked how the female main character was tough and, even though mostly inexperienced, at least not a virgin. I really liked following their developing relationship.

Enjoyable bad boy/good girl story

Definitely worth reading/listening to. I had a great time. Many passages are witty and other are emotional. Thanks to Shen's descriptive writing, and to the narrators' great performance, I could picture every situation, laugh with the carachters and feel their sorrows. I can only recommend it.

Funny and touching

The story was amazing! The performance underlined it to sort of sweet and deliciously slow burn. I enjoyed every second of this book.
I guess when I say I could not stop to listening...that says it all.

Brilliant!

Super!
