There were some really helpful and effective tips on how to prepare, endure and deal with stressful situations such as a MMA fight. The only two things I would criticize are that there could have been more scientific evidence backing up the tips given (studies, articles, journals...) and giving tips positively instead of negatively ("don't panic" --> "stay calm"), so basically saying what to do instead of saying what not to do. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this audiobook to martial arts fans and sports psychology enthusiasts! For me as an endurance athlete it was interesting to get an inside of a fighters mind, because in my competitions I don't get beat up when I fail to succeed. 😅

I enjoyed this book. It is well structured and quite easy to read. Almost every single argument I heard already, but as this book provides a good storyline it's now easier for me to remember and apply it into daily life.
Additionally it was interesting for me to get some insights into martial arts which I was not familiar with.
