I would recommend it to anyone who is open-minded and interested in topics like psychology, psychoanalysis, dreams, the collective consciousness and unconsciousness and much more. Beautiful, honest, mindblowing and completely applicable to today's world challenges etc. I will listen to it many more times!!

I'm not a big fan of the autobiographical genre but this one is very pleasant to read and packed with Jungian goodness. Great content, with varying levels of complexity and concepts taken from a few of his other works. Definitely recommend to anyone remotely interested in the field.
