I’ve been aware of Louise Hay and her philosophy for many years. Her books and insights have helped me on numerous occasions. Since I’ve hit a tough patch I thought it might be a good idea to also get an audio version of her teachings and chose these medications. Her voice is loving and calm but the quality of the audio is terrible. The background music is insanely distracting and far too loud. Hopefully someone will be able to clean up the audio so it better suits the subject.
