I was expecting a bit more. Partly it's a string of "dirty talk" that is just only dirty. One could also alternate with less fecal language expressions. But no, the same unsympathetic terms are used over and over again.
The speaker tried her best, she could improve here and there, but I don't think that's her fault.
If I had to read the book myself, I probably would have stopped much sooner. The reading flow sounds difficult to maintain.

It is up to each author how he/she writes the work, it is simply not my taste.
