Purchasing this audiobook was a total shot in the dark for me: no reviews, didn't know who Charlie Morley was.
Just wanted something about lucid dreaming from the perspective of both western scientific and eastern buddhist approach.
The audiobook has one intro, explaining how lucid dreaming can make you feel the interconnectedness of all things instead of just acknowledging it theoretically.
Then there are 2 guided meditations, 2 audios, which you can use as alarm and 1 instructional audio for the auto-hypnosis-audio. Also there is one more inspirational audio file, encouraging one to share the beauty of lucid dreaming.
How this unsuspected little audiobook has changed my life is ineffable. It's probably more a personal thing. I have been practicing meditation for a long time, but still have felt lost in the practice, because I couldn't integrate everything.
With the help of Charley somehow everything magically fell into its place and I can say, that I feel life's joy much more in my heart than I used to.
I am listen to one of the alarm audios everyday, when I wake up. Every night I use one of the guided meditations to lead me consciously to sleep. Haven't been able to enter sleep / dream consciously by will yet, but it will come.
The hypnosis is recommended to listen to everyday for 3 weeks to have long-lasting results. With great pleasure I am following this recommendation!
So I'd say you don't get a lot of quantity, but the quality and value of this audiobook is - for me - invaluable!
