I have now read/heard all three stand-alone books from this series, and I do really like them all. Of the three however, Love on the Brain was my least favorite. Still a great love story and worth the read, but the main character is a bit tiring in some parts. I do love the fact that we get to experience the world of STEM with Hazelwood’s books. If I had to rank the three books from favorite to least favorite it would be: Love, theoretically - The love Hypothesis - Love on the brain.

Absolutely brilliant performance by the narror! I really loved it and couldn‘t get enough of Bee‘s lively story.
Surprisingly it was a bit spicier than „the love hypthesis“, but it also had some very unexpected twists.

Ok but a bit boring. 14 hours is too much for this story. I liked more the love hypothesis.

listen, i really wanted to like this book. i really enjoyed the love hypothesis, and this was suppose to be better but honestly…it was so much worse. the performance was good. but i just didn’t like this book. i wouldn’t recommend to anyone, unless ur 14 and really desperate for enemies to lovers 💀 2 stars in generous.

bad book, good narrator

I liked the first book but this one is just to similiar!
As a woman working as an engineer myself, this is just to "simple". Yes most of my collegues are men, but most of them are super nice and very very few have problems with women working as engineers.
This book made me angry with its simple black/white painting of male and female scientists.
And again our protagonist is very small and her love interest is a giant. Exactly the same as last time. I hope the next book will give us something new. I didn't expect to be so disappointed after her first book.

It's a romance book, so we all know they will end up together; but the plot is just too foreseeable, the characters too unrealistic, the end too "telenovela", the spicy scenes too *eyeroll*. I liked her previous book, but this one seemed like a mediocre copy.
