Now both of them have their own love story, which sometimes led me to madness.
I wanted to grab and shake Alexis countless times. She is deeply scared of her past and yet she cannot stop her feelings for Katie and her growing love for this whirlwind.
When Katie is in mortal danger and she is about to lose her, she can no longer deny it in front of anyone ... what happened next is wonderful and yet full of stumbling blocks.
I fevered with the two, but also with Emilia and her own new discoveries regarding her past and her powers.
It really is an incredibly good sequel and i can't wait for the next book in the series to come out.

The speaker is just fantastic.
I know Keira Grace from other audio books and her rough and deep voice goes incredibly well with the characters. Very clear recommendation!
Spannend und soooo herzzerreissend!
Ich liebte die Spannungen zwischen Katie und Alexis schon im ersten Buch und wünschte mir es würde mehr passieren.
Jetzt haben die beiden ihr eigene Liebesgeschichte bekommen die mich teilweise zum Wahnsinn trieb. Ich wollte unzählige Male Alexis packen und schütteln.
Ihre Vergangenheit ängstigt sie sehr und doch kann sie ihren Gefühlen für Katie und ihre wachsende Liebe für diesen Wirbelwind nicht aufhalten.
Als Katie dann in Lebensgefahr schwebt und sie kurz davor ist sie zu verlieren, kann sie es vor niemandem mehr leugnen...was dann passiert ist wundervoll und doch voller Stolpersteine.
Man fiebert mit den beiden mit, aber auch mit Emilia und ihren eigenen Neuentdeckungen bzgl ihrer Vergangenheit und ihren Kräften.
Es ist wirklich eine unglaubliche gute Fortsetzung und ich kann es kaum erwarten bis das nächste Buch in der Reihe erscheint.
Ich habe das Hörbuch an einem Tag durchgehört! Die Sprecherin ist einfach fantastisch.
Keira Grace kenne ich von anderen Hörbüchern und ihre Raue und tiefe Stimme passt unglaublich gut zu den Charakteren. klare Empfehlung!
