Must read / hear for founders

Since I already know "Finding my Virginity" this book did not really provide me with anything new of importance. Therefore I recommend picking his latest book - so you know everything about his philosophy and mindset with the latest experiences.
He surely created something great with the Virgin Group and doing things in the Virgin Way.
His books are of course at the same time a kind of Virgin promotion - and a fair share of bragging (in this book alone he must have mentioned at least ten times that his "office" is a hammock on Neckar).
