I think that I loved the story more because of the narrator! Thanks God there will be one more book!

Only few hours in - story great as always.
Narrator performance ist great.

BUT why this poor audio quality? Was this recorded with an old cassette recorder? Or too heavily compressed?

This is possibly the best narration ever. Really improved the story for me now that we’re back to one narrator. That said I’m getting bored of war. This series has been going on too long slowly. This was better than the last one but I’m ready for the final installment.

The plot is gripping as always, the development of the characters truly fascinating and of course some tears were shed as well. Don't know how I'm supposed to survive the wait for the final book!

I loved the first red rising trilogy and I think the first two books of the sequel did not have the same quality. Light bringer, however, may be the best book of the series. Pierce Brown brings back the strong main characters and spins a fascinating story that leaves you with a strong appetite for the next book.

I loved Light Bringer the most it gave me the same excitement as Golden Son the second installment gave me. I myself as a German speaker had the pleasure to listen to Marco SvenReinbold as narrator, his voice is the Voice of Darrow! Which made the polite undertone of this Narrator version a bit hard to bare. Will definitely get the German version as soon as it comes out

think the title says all I need to say. another great book, and well performed, look forward to the final tale of Darrow's adventure against the society and house lune.

I have now reread all Red Rising books and finished Light Bringer, what a ride.

In the end I actually stalled, because I wasn’t ready to finish it…I didn’t want the book to end.
This was damn good, a really damn good book.
Pierce Brown has brought this series up to high standards. The world building, all the different characters with their own demons, they have to face. The interpersonal relationships, the politics…
There was so much in this book, I am left a bit speechless.
Reynolds is the sole narrator in this audiobook and I think this is really a good decision, he does a tremendous job!
I cannot wait to read the final book.
