It includes personal experiences from the authors and compares current behavior and expectations with those of their former 20-something self. Throughout the book the authors have integrated a social media element through different hashtags. These hashtags allow the listener to directly interact with the authors, as well as other listeners, while listening to the book, creating a sense of community.
