Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute war ich gefesselt. Die Handlung nimmt zunehmend an Fahrt auf, die eigenwilligen Charaktere sind wie immer in dieser Serie sehr gut gezeichnet, die Dialoge lebendig. Ich habe mich gefreut, einigen der lieb gewonnenen Figuren wieder zu begegnen. Bis zum Ende sowohl auf der Krimi-, als auch auf der Beziehungsebene spannend. Mitreißend gelesen von Peter Noble - man taucht durch seine Darstellung tief in die Geschichte ein. Ein Hörgenuss der feinsten Art!

All of Deon Meyer's books are excellent.
'Leo' is no exception. Well crafted and tense story, taking me straight back home, catching the spirit, ironies, and, finally, humour of: only in South Africa.
The incredible narration brought it to life, like being right there, next to all those diverse characters, hearing their voices...
I loved every moment.

The speaker ist marvellous! He gets all the South African accents right, which is very delightful. The Story seems almost real Zakha - Zuma ... ??! And Benny is happy 😊
