A good example for Lean Misunderstood

Frankly, I did not even finish this. First thing to put me off personally was the statement of an enterprise's exclusive purpose was to make money*. I could not bear to go on when it claimed new employees should have all processes handed out written down when starting their job, so no time would have to be "wasted" on training. Good luck with evolving the skill to adapt then.

Seriously, after having studied Scrum, Eric Ries' "Lean Start Up" and the literature on Toyota's Way as presented by Liker, Rother and others, I am keeping this in my library solely for it being an excellent portray of a bad example and how Lean is being misinterpreted as a means of cost saving to fit a mainstream greed-driven approach of doing business, instead of adaptation by iteration and achieving operational and entrepreneurial excellence by applying straight up scientific thinking.
