I really enjoyed the first half of the book, when the author actually engages with what the title promises. The second half, however, shifts into a more “us against Gen Y” narrative and a broad critique of phone addiction. That part felt less focused and more like a personal commentary, with only a loose connection to the original discussion on leadership.
