I agree with most things the author says, nothing too new though. books I read that had similar messages but I found more interesting/better told: atomic habits, deep work, radical candor, antifragile

Good story, awesome storyteller, fantastic appendix - don‘t skip the last part if you wan‘t to get the most of this audio book!
