Kohlrabenschwarz

Michael Kessler voices Stefan Schwab
Psychologically gifted and empathetic, Stefan Schwab is regarded in the region as one of the best in his field. Emergencies were once his daily routine: police psychologist Stefan Schwab was directly on-site to support victims or witnesses of accidental deaths and murder cases, day and night. That's all over now, as Schwab wants to do his job in peace as a counsellor in the Upper Bavaria region. He's learnt from the not exactly glorious end of his marriage to Susanne (Bettina Zimmermann) seven years ago and now prefers to enjoy a hearty after-work beer rather than throw himself into adventure. But when a mysterious series of murders occurs in Rosenheim, Schwab can no longer sit still.
Bettina Zimmermann voices Susanne Schwab
Susanne is Stefan Schwab's ex-wife and a lovely person – as long as she doesn't have to spend her nights alongside workaholic police psychologists. She's curious, fun-loving and sociable, and would probably be on friendly terms with even the grumpiest hermit after half an hour. Which probably also led to her marriage to Schwab, who is professionally excellent but sometimes rather insensitive in private. In hindsight, she considers this the biggest mistake of her life so far – even though the two have sporadic contact. The new man in her life is the priest Franz Willleitner, with whom Susanne now lives in Rosenheim. When Schwab wants to get to the bottom of the mysterious murder cases in Rosenheim, Susanne and Franz become more or less voluntary members of the investigation team…
Jürgen Tonkel voices Franz
A year ago, the taciturn, charismatic giant Franz moved to the Rosenheim area for Susanne, where he leads a small Protestant congregation. Here he looks after both Susanne and two dozen believers. Thanks to him, Susanne has found herself – and willingly accepts that she knows virtually nothing about his past. What did Franz do before he found faith? And what dark secret does he guard as carefully as the pistol in the false bottom of his bedside drawer?

Bettina Lamprecht voices Anna
Rosenheim police officer Anna loves intelligent men, but after numerous disappointments with the male world, she has largely given up and now focuses on her career. The only thing standing in her way is her superior: Inspector Kroiss is not only a pedantic bean counter, but also keen to claim all the successes of his station for himself. Accordingly, Anna Hogler is dissatisfied that she has been passed over for promotion more than once. When eerie events pile up in Rosenheim, Anna and Stefan Schwab suddenly face new challenges…
