Highly creative story. Skilled reader
This is a Sci-fi, and I found it great! The action was well described and not at all bland. The speaker was also good and the story is enjoyable

Top Suarez
eine super realitätsnahe Geschichte aus einer nicht sehr fernen Zukunft. Kaum zu glauben - aber vieleicht schon wahr?

Wo bleiben Daemon und Freedom?!
Einfach packendes Hörbuch, technisch akkurat und mit sehr passendem Sprecher.
Gerade für technik-affine Hörer absolut zu empfehlen!
Suarez zweiteiler Daemon/Freedom ist sicherlich noch hörenswerter jedoch momentan leider nur bei audible.com im Programm...

A Blast
I am no expert in military and/or secret agent science fiction. But I can tell you this - this story is a blast. The protagonists are awesome; while the story unfolds, it gets more and more awesome; from the first to the last line you get a very well thought through plot; and the 'breathing', pacing and dynamic of the story is really well done.
The audio-quality of the reading is very good. I am more used to audio-drama; but this audio-book version makes me believe that audio-books can be as entertaining and gripping as well voice-acted audio-dramas.

Ridiculous story
The best of this audioook is the performance of the narrator. The story is not convincing and simply build. Also too overloaded by military lingo and a childish exaltation about action and military operations.
In summary the story seems to be written by a former member of the armed forces, who is still brain washed by his basic military training. The author rows one action scene onto the next, almost without even trying to develop a beliebable story or characters. Almost: early in the story he tried to develop some civilian characters, but dumped them unmotivated. My impression was, he didn't know what to do with this part of the story telling and cut it off.
Two stars in total, because it was interesting enough to listen to the end. But I definitely will not spend the time to listen to it again.
