This story drags you in from the beginning. And I love the voices of the narrators. Though I would have switched the characters. I love this soft drawl of Teddy Hamilton and would have connected him better with sweet Raine. And this underlying roughness in the voice of Iggy Toma would have better suited with "Jay-son" (I just love how Iggy pronounced it!). Just my opinion!

It's well written, excellently narrated, and delightfully long. The story is dramatic and emotional. The erotic scenes are hawwt, even when there is some despair due to traumatic events preceding them. Really hawwt! But there's so much heart, so much sweetness, too. The narrators impersonate the two characters perfectly. Never over the top.
Trigger warning by me... there are hints and descriptions of violence in the story. But do not fear, just listen til the end :)

Teddy Hamilton ist natürlich großartig aber die Geschichte und der andere Sprecher sind auf jeden Fall nichts für mich. Fehlkauf.

Leider konnte mich die Geschichte nicht fesseln. Mir waren beide Hauptcharakteren egal. Kann auch daran liegen, dass ich die Reihe nicht gehört habe und nur dieses Hörbuch kenne.
Die Sprecher sind beide angenehm.
