The book is written in a very boring, monotonous, humorless, bureaucratic style. That is unfortunate, because the core message is very important: children are raised not only by parents, but also by the community. The book would be far better if it conveyed this message through examples and anectdotes, instead of sounding like a dry government report.Important topic, boring book
