One of the best, wisest, and most helpful books and authors I have eber come across. It is therapeutic as well as spiritual. I highly recommend this book as well as others by the same author, e.g. "Inner Gold".

I always knew there is more to my dreams then just.. dreams with no meaning. With this book I am able to understand my dreams and myself. Sadly I am not able to do active imagination. A warning to all that are exited as I am, don’t try to do activ imagination alone if u have not listened to the book completely and you have bad psychic problems. Last time I tried it, it felt like my inner self was trying to rip myself apart. Prepare yourself and act with respect to the inner world. All in it self I would describe it as life changing and I love every second of it. It helped me to be myself and shut down a lot of social fears.
