The story seemed rather convoluted while, at the same time, not much actually happened. While I liked the author's style in the beginning, it did not reall help bring the story to life. The ending seemed rather arbitrary. Would not listen to/read this again, also I did not enjoy listening the main narrator's voice (rather shrill and piercing).
