I don’t know how to feel about This book. I was drawn to it because it has all my fav tropes but somehow I found it to have way too much unnecessary Information for my Brain to process especially in the beginning . I get the author wanting to lay the foundation of Nova & Li‘s relationship but I don’t feel I needed almost 10 chapters of a 5year old and a 17year old boy . Whilst tastefully written ,that fact was a total ick for me . Flashbacks in 2 chapters would have sufficed . Is it a good book ? Yes . Should You read it , yes ! The audiobook narrators did a good job . Rating it 4stars because it is a good book , I just would have changed bits of it to make it Perfect for me .
