And the big problem this book introduced into the series is the sexual appetit of the protagonist. In this book it's described as anywhere between 2-5 hours per day and that the protagonist can't control himself. This would mean with 7 bondmates he would have sex for pretty much the whole day and he wouldn't be able to do anything else until he's satisfied. This means it makes absolutely no sense why anybody should fear him, he wouldn't have the time in any day to do anything, bad or otherwise.
This wouldn't be such a big problem if they would actually acknowledge this in the story and search for a solution, but the only thing they can think about it getting more bondmates since his current bondmates need a timeout to recoup some vitality.
