I would have expected a bit more depth and intellectual challenge. I did like the book as a casual entry point into the craft and as a way to shape everyday life from improv

Nice intro to improv

This book is totally useless. Apart from her annoying voice the speaket givea only generic useless advice like "show up" or "say yes". Complete waste of time.
